Aimee Swartz, MD is a native of Buffalo, NY.  She earned her BS in Biology at Canisius College in Buffalo where she graduated summa cum laude.  Dr. Swartz went on to earn her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University where she graduated magnum cum laude and with AOA distinction.  She completed both her general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital at the University of Rochester.  While in Rochester she earned numerous teaching awards.

Dr. Swartz's interested include comprehensive treatment of arterial and venous vascular disease with a special emphasis on women's cardiovascular health and minimally invasive/endovascular therapies.

Dr. Swartz is board certified in vascular surgery, and joined the Vascular & Endovascular Center of WNY in August 2014.  She is delighted to return to her hometown of Orchard Park with her husband and family.
